Shipping Policy

Where we ship from

Every order ships from our Philadelphia warehouse at 4032 Lancaster Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19104.

Rates

• Standard shipping: $7.00 flat — free on orders of $150 or more.
• Express shipping: $25.00 flat.
• We ship within the United States.

Handling and cut-off

• Orders placed and paid by 4:00 PM Eastern on a business day ship the same day; orders after 4:00 PM ship the next business day.
• Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding US federal holidays.
• Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days and express 1–2 business days after shipping. These are carrier estimates, not guarantees.
• You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as the order leaves the warehouse; it is also shown on your order page under your account.

Carriers

We ship with UPS and USPS, choosing the service that best matches the option you selected. Phones and high-value orders may require a signature on delivery.

Sales tax

Orders shipped to a Pennsylvania address are charged Pennsylvania sales tax at checkout. No tax is collected on orders shipped to other states.

Address problems

Please double-check the shipping address at checkout — we ship to exactly what you enter. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to reship (a new shipping charge may apply) or refund the order minus the original shipping cost. Address changes after an order has shipped are subject to the carrier’s rules and fees.

Lost, delayed or damaged packages

If tracking shows no movement for 5 business days, or a package arrives damaged, email Support@phillyphonesdistributor.com or call (215) 397-8110 with your order number within 7 days of the expected delivery. Keep the packaging for damaged items. We will open a claim with the carrier and either reship or refund; you will not be left waiting on the carrier’s claim process for a replacement of an in-stock item.
